2015 Silencer Regulations

It seems like the the FIM have finally homologated four new style silencers for the 2015 season, they will have to be used in all FIM Speedway, Grasstrack, Longtrack, World Championships, and are also to be used on 500cc Sidecar events. These Silencers will become standard in the Ice Racing championship from the start of the 2016 season, which makes sense as the 2015 season has just kicked off.

Three of the silencers available are British made, these are from DEP, King, and MOTAD, and the fourth being from the Polish outfit MOTO-SERVICE.

They will be valid for the next five years, and any other Silencers that have been submitted will be tested for approval from September 2015.

It should also be noted that the Speedway Control Beureau here in the UK has made the decision to allow riders to run with the 2015 Silencers as well as the 2014 Silencers, for all levels of British Speedway, based on the fact that we are only 2 months from the start of the season.

The DEP T15 Free Flow is currently available in our online store, and remember we have free delivery on orders over £150.
