Born in the UK, raised in Perth Australia, learning to ride in the country where Speedway first laid it roots, Tai Woffinden.
After winning the 2006 Western Australia U16 title, he promptly moved back to the UK to race for Scunthorpe Scorpions in the British Conference League, but is currently with the Wolverhampton Wolves in the British Elite League. He also races on the continent for teams in Poland and Sweden.
By 2008 he earned his place in the Great Britain team for the Speedway World Cup, of which he is now Captain. He has been both British U18 and U21 champion, however his greatest achievement came in 2013 when he was crowned World Champion.
Still only 24 we can expect a lot more from Tai over the coming years, and we are proud to be a part of his future.
